Family with Young Children
Location was not at walking distance of Universal Studios, especially if you were out in 93 degree weather, late at night or with children. Had to drive to Universal! And pay parking!

Traveling as Couple
When we arrived we checked into the room. We left for dinner and when we returned the key didn't work. After several attempts of the staff to reprogram the key, they had to call maintenance to come and fix it. The man said that room lock has been broken for awhile. I would never stay at this hotel if I had to pay full price. It was worth I paid but nothing more. Room smelled like mildew, probably because they kept the AC way too cold which developed mildew and mold over time. Both rooms had extremely comfortable beds. The pool was small, but clean. They did not turn the pool heater on so it was cold to swim in April.

The Comfort Suites Universal is nicely situated, just a few minutes drive from Universal Studios. The location is ideal as there are many restaurants and a Walgreen's within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very large, with two beds, a sitting area with couch, and a full-sized bathroom.
